1. Login to your Hotmail account.
2. Click Options located in your top right corner of your Hotmail account:

Click on the Safe and blocked senders:

Click on Safe senders:

Enter justedge.net to be added and click Add to list:

Enter rackvibe.com to be added and click Add to list
Enter support-core.com to be added and click Add to list
The Safe senders and domains list on the right side [see Figure 4] should include your other senders as well as our 3 domains as shown.
Upon completion of the above you can have your passwords resent and you will be able to receive responses from our Billing and Support systems.
